Dorota Szczepańska

Dorota Szczepańska has a strong background in finance and administration. Dorota started their career as a Finance Specialist at EMTE Mechanical Engineering Polska Sp. z o.o. in 2006 and later became the Finance and Administration Department Manager in 2011. Dorota worked in this role until 2014 when they joined EMTE SL Sociedad Unipersonal Sp. z o.o. Oddział w Polsce as the Finance and Administration Department Manager. In 2015, they moved to Aldesa Polska where they initially served as the Finance and Administration Manager and eventually transitioned into the role of CFO in 2020.

Dorota Szczepańska completed their education at various institutions. Dorota earned a Master's degree in Accountancy and Financial Controlling from the University of Warsaw, where they attended from 2008 to 2009 for postgraduate studies. In 2006, they received another Master's degree in Ekonomia from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria through the Socrates Erasmus grant. Prior to that, they obtained their first Master's degree in Ekonomia from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II, spanning from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Dorota Szczepańska has acquired additional certifications. Dorota received an Accounting License from the Ministry of Finance of Poland in March 2010. In May 2009, they obtained a DELE Superior certificate from Instituto Cervantes. Furthermore, in June 2005, they obtained an FCE (First Certificate in English) Certificate from the University of Cambridge.
