Jilian Sovinski

Jilian Sovinski, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Aldevron since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jilian worked at Battelle from May 2016 to October 2023, initially as a Human Resources Generalist and later as a Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on employee experience, DEI initiatives, and organizational talent development. Jilian provided HR support to over 550 employees, fostering trust and delivering strategic counsel to senior leaders while overseeing workforce planning, employee relations, and investigations. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Health Systems from the University of Mount Union.
