Soham Joshi

Soham Joshi is an experienced professional in validation engineering and process management, currently serving as Process Validation Manager at Aldevron since September 2023, following a role as Process Validation Engineer II. Previous experience includes working as a Validation Engineer at Catalent Pharma Solutions and contributing as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University’s Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering. Soham has played a significant role in various projects, such as mentoring engineering students, improving operational efficiencies through statistical analysis, and developing innovative biomedical solutions. With a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Purdue University, Soham is furthering education with a Master’s in Business Analytics from the University of the Cumberlands.
