Tao Lu currently serves as the RNA BU Leader at Aldevron, focusing on driving profit and loss, product growth, innovation, and performance within RNA Drug Substance and LNP Drug Product. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director of mRNA CDMO at Cytiva and Director of Transformation at Danaher Biotech Group, where Tao led significant business transformation initiatives. At Pall Corporation, responsibilities included P&L ownership for service organizations across North and South America. Additional roles spanned leadership in global operations and service management at Beckman Coulter and Videojet. Tao’s career began at Monitor Deloitte, specializing in growth and value creation within healthcare and technology sectors. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Master’s degree from the University of Virginia.
