Mathijs Peeters

Mathijs Peeters is an experienced professional in the field of management and business transformation, currently serving as Managing Director of People & Culture at ALDI Nederland since May 2025. Prior to this role, Mathijs held positions within ALDI Nord Group, including Program Director for the SAP S/4HANA Transformation initiative and Leading Expert in International Supply Chain Management Solutions. Mathijs's extensive tenure at ALDI Nederland from February 2009 to December 2023 included key roles such as Project Manager for the ERP Transformation Program, Manager of Finance & Business Services, and HR Manager in various capacities. Additionally, Mathijs worked as a Project Leader at Maaspoort Beheer B.V. before beginning a career at ALDI. Mathijs holds a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
