Nadja Nicola Auer

Nadja Nicola Auer is an experienced professional in talent attraction and employer branding, currently serving as the Head of Talent Attraction at ALDI DX since November 2024. Nadja founded Boho Chic Studio in July 2020 and previously held multiple roles at ALDI SÜD from October 2018 to November 2024, including Head of Talent Attraction for ALDI SOUTH IT and Substream Lead for Change & Communications Strategy in Agile Transformation. Earlier career experiences include positions at PwC as an Expert in Personalmarketing & Recruiting, a volunteer role at Sawgrass Nature Center and Wildlife Hospital, and various internships at AXA Konzern AG and Deloitte Deutschland. Nadja holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from FOM University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius.
