Rodney Balech

Rodney Balech is the Managing Director of the International Product Organisation at ALDI DX, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Group Director of National Buying at ALDI Stores Australia from 2018 to 2024, and they held various roles at ALDI Stores, including Buying Director from 2011 to 2016. Rodney's career also includes experience at Woolworths Limited, where they worked as a National Buyer and Business Manager for Australia & New Zealand, as well as earlier roles at Harvey Norman. They hold a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Western Sydney University and an MBA with Distinction from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
