Andy Benka

Andy Benka is the Chief of Staff at Harley-Davidson. Andy has been with the company since 2001 and in their current role since December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO from January 1995 to December 2000. Before that, they were in Corporate Finance from January 1995 to December 2000. Andy started their career at KPMG US in 1992 in the Midwest Audit Practice - Manufacturing Operations.
