Thomas Weiprecht

Thomas Weiprecht currently serves as the Director IIT for Process Mining and Automation at ALDI DX since November 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Director International IT - CoE Process Mining & Automation at ALDI SÜD from December 2013 to November 2024, focusing on value-driven optimization projects and process automation. Thomas also served as Manager of Global Business Coordination - Stores, where responsibilities included ensuring global requirements were met in ALDI's transformation program and leading projects to enhance store operations. Earlier career experience includes the role of Area Manager, managing and developing store teams and operations, along with various internships at Faurecia Innenraum Systeme GmbH, Bertram Daten- und Netzwerkmanagement GmbH, and Ingenieurgruppe IVV GmbH & Co. KG. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Aachen University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2010 and 2013, and completed secondary education at Bischöfliches Pius Gymnasium Aachen.
