Encarna Selva

Encarna Selva has a diverse work experience in various roles. Encarna started their career as an International Transportation Manager at LKW WALTER Internationale Transportorganisation AG in 2005, where they worked until 2010. Encarna then moved on to CEP Solar, where they held the position of Business Development Manager from 2010 to 2012. Encarna'sresponsibilities included market research, consulting services, and sales team management in the photovoltaic industry. Since 2012, they have been working at ALDI ESPAÑA, initially as an Area Manager responsible for sales, cost control, and human resources management. In 2016, they became the Regional Purchasing Manager, overseeing supplier contracts and performance. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Category Manager Director, and they are currently serving as the Managing Director Sales.

Encarna Selva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha in the years 1999 to 2005. Additionally, they participated in the Erasmus Programme at Fachhochschule Trier in Germany from 2003 to 2004.
