Fco. Javier González Rufino

Fco. Javier González Rufino has a range of work experience in various companies. From 2017 to the present, they have worked at ALDI ESPAÑA, starting as a Sales Director and currently holding that role. In this position, they oversee the smooth functioning of 6 sales points in Andalucía Oriental, ensuring the team's performance and achieving sales targets. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2017, they worked at Alcampo S.A. as a Responsable de Mercado, responsible for the Parafarmacia, Alimentación e Higiene de Bebé, Perfumería y Droguería markets. Fco. Javier also gained experience as a Responsable de mercado en formación during their internship at Alcampo. Before that, from September to December 2015, they worked as a Consultant de marketing at Podium Sport Consulting, where they provided marketing consulting services to sporting companies. Finally, in 2015, they briefly worked as an Ejecutivo de cuentas at Limón Publicidad y Comunicación.

Fco. Javier González Rufino obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Market Research from the Universidad de Granada in 2015. In the same year, they also completed a Master's degree in Luxury Marketing & Communication from OMNES Education. From 2009 to 2011, they earned a Technical degree in Commercial Management and Marketing from I.E.S Ángel Ganivet. Prior to that, they completed a Technical degree in Administrative Management from I.E.S San Agustin from 2007 to 2009.

In terms of postgraduate education, Fco. Javier González Rufino pursued a Master's degree in Commercial Management and Marketing at ESIC Business & Marketing School from 2015 to 2016. In 2020, they started pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management at ICIL, and in the same year, they also enrolled in an MBA program at thePower, focusing on general Business Administration and Management.

Fco. Javier also obtained additional certifications in "The Fresh Connection," offered by The Fresh Connection institution in 2021, and "Valuación de futbolistas" from UPV[X] in 2014.
