Luis Sempere Herrera

Luis Sempere Herrera has experience in various roles throughout their career. Luis started in 2014 as a Front Desk Officer at Seguro Storage SL and then briefly worked as a Receptionist at Brighton Hilton Metropole in 2015. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an HR Business Partner at ALDI ESPAÑA, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection processes. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Area Sales Manager at ALDI ESPAÑA before becoming a Learning & Development Project Manager in 2020. Currently, Luis holds the position of Learning & Development Team Lead at ALDI ESPAÑA, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Luis Sempere Herrera completed their Master's degree in Dirección y Gestión de RRHH (Human Resources Management) at Universitat d'Alacant from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos (Labor Relations and Human Resources) from the same university from 2009 to 2013, specializing in Gestión y servicios de recursos humanos (Human Resources Management and Services). In addition, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career, including program leadership, data-driven learning design, design thinking, executive techniques in personnel selection interviews, and extended DISC certification training.
