Leah Hanson

Leah Hanson is a strategic leader currently serving as the Director of Operations for ALDI's Gulf Coast division, where they guide rapid expansion across four states. With a proven record in operations and management, Leah has held various roles within ALDI, including Expatriate Area Manager and District Manager, where they consistently achieved top divisional results and elevated operational efficiency. Prior to their extensive career at ALDI, Leah worked as a Head Trainer and Waitress at Napa Flats and served as a Student Ambassador and District Manager Intern at ALDI USA. Leah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Texas A&M University, completed in 2016.
