Will Gleason

Will Gleason is an Executive Project Manager at ALDI USA, focusing on supply chain design and technology-driven strategy. They are currently pursuing an MBA at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and serve as the Director of Finance for the Kellogg AI Club. Will has extensive experience in supply chain strategy and operations leadership, including roles such as SaaS Product Manager and Risk Analyst. As a former U.S. National Athlete in Australian Football, Will has demonstrated leadership both on and off the field while also managing a real estate investment portfolio through WNG Holdings LLC. They earned a bachelor's degree in Finance, Investments & Banking from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas.
