Catrin Winkler

Catrin Winkler is an accomplished HR professional with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as Managing Director HR National at ALDI Nord since September 2020, after holding the position of Director HR in Scharbeutz. Previously, Catrin was the Managing Partner at Sinnlotsen GmbH, specializing in HR consulting and interim management while also providing systemic coaching. Catrin’s tenure at Nordex Group included roles as Head of HR Europe and Head of HR Germany from November 2016 to December 2019. Additionally, previous positions at Dräger encompassed responsibilities such as Head of Cultural Transformation and various other HR leadership roles from 2001 to 2016. Catrin began their career as a Senior Consultant at DETEGO GmbH & Co. KG. Catrin holds a Diplom in Economics from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and a Vordiplom in Economic and Social Sciences from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
