Dustin Mischak

Dustin Mischak has a diverse professional background in quality assurance, retail, recruitment, marketing, and hospitality. Currently serving as Projektleiter in der Qualitätssicherung at DEFSolution GmbH since May 2025, Dustin has also held a role as Minijob Verkäufer at ALDI Nord since July 2022, engaging in various retail tasks. Prior to this, at drivetech Fahrversuch GmbH from August 2019 to April 2025, Dustin developed the entire recruiting department and led marketing efforts. Previous positions include Testfahrer in Gesamtfahrzeugentwicklung, Teamleiter, and Sales Consultant at Politz-Autoteile, alongside foundational experience through hotel management training at BEST WESTERN Hotel Alte Mühle and Bernsteinsee Hotel.
