Laura Edelmann

Laura Edelmann has extensive experience in human resources and marketing, currently serving as Manager International People Acquisition at ALDI Nord since November 2020. In this role, Laura leads international HR projects, develops employer branding strategies, and creates sourcing strategies for diverse target groups. Previous positions at ALDI Nord include Manager HR Marketing and Specialist HR Marketing, where Laura focused on talent acquisition campaigns and the development of the employer brand across various channels. Prior to ALDI, Laura worked at L'Oréal, managing events and supporting educational initiatives, and held multiple internships across companies such as BMW Group and ProSiebenSat.1 Media. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Communication, Multimedia and Market Management from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Management from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences.
