Markus Zabel

Markus Zabel is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT management and infrastructure. Currently, Markus serves as the Senior Director of Technology Platforms at ALDI Nord Group since March 2017, following a tenure as Director of International IT and Infrastructure. Prior to joining ALDI Nord, Markus held the position of Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations at Vonovia SE from October 2000 to February 2017. Markus began their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at GE CompuNet, where Markus worked from September 1997 to September 2000. Markus holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Economics from FernUniversität in Hagen and has studied at Ruhr University Bochum.
