Vanessa Böcker

Vanessa Böcker is an experienced professional in strategy and consulting, currently serving as Senior Teamlead Omnichannel at ALDI Nord Group since November 2019. With a prior tenure at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where roles included Consultant and Associate, Vanessa has developed a strong background in strategic management. Earlier experiences include positions in human resources at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH and internships in talent management and development at Deloitte Consulting GmbH and ThyssenKrupp AG, respectively. Vanessa holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Personnel and Business Psychology from the University of Münster, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from Ruhr University Bochum, complemented by coursework in Organisational Psychology and Human Learning at The University of Auckland.
