Achim von Kries

Achim von Kries is currently serving as the Financial Reporting Manager at ALDI SÜD HOLDING, where responsibilities include global monthly reporting and forecasting for the ALDI SOUTH Group since March 2024. Previously, Achim held the position of Manager Strategic Finance, focusing on the development of a system to measure societal impact and implementing sustainability controlling processes. Prior experience includes a two-year role as District Operations Manager at ALDI USA, managing over 200 employees and overseeing various operational aspects. Achim has also held multiple roles as Regionalverkaufsleiter at ALDI SÜD from October 2012 to March 2024. Achim holds a Master of Arts in International Retail Management from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, earned between 2015 and 2017.
