Isabel Cole is a seasoned professional in sustainability and supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Sourcing Sustainability Manager at ALDI SÜD HOLDING since January 2023. Isabel has held multiple leadership roles within the Value Chain Optimisation Sustainability team, demonstrating expertise in sustainability initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Aldi UK as a National Supply Chain Assistant for Fresh Produce, and as a Sustainable Agriculture Trainee at Syngenta, where Isabel established the Sustainable Agricultural Academy. Additional backgrounds in customer service, event management, and leadership in various roles highlight strong interpersonal and project management skills.
