Thomas Udesen currently serves as Group CCO and a member of the Executive Board at ALDI SÜD HOLDING since September 2025. In addition, Thomas holds the position of Chair of the Supervisory Board at MainChef, which focuses on enhancing the efficiency of chefs and professional kitchens. As a co-founder and ambassador of The Sustainable Procurement Pledge, Thomas emphasizes sustainable practices in procurement. Previously, Thomas served on the Advisory Board of Procurement Leaders and was the Chief Procurement Officer at Bayer, a global leader in health care and nutrition, from September 2014 to August 2025. Thomas also has a strong academic background in Business Administration, holding an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Higher Diploma from Copenhagen Business School.
