Andrew Houldershaw has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, having worked at Aldi UK and Boots UK. At Aldi UK, Andrew currently serves as the National Supply Chain Manager, overseeing all ALDI eCommerce Warehouse Operations in partnership with iForce. During their time at Boots UK, Andrew held various titles such as Operations Manager - DPS, Supply Manager, Operations Manager Despatch, and Department Manager Boots Dotcom, where Andrew managed the department responsible for picking the majority of Boots UK stock in a lean and service-driven environment. Andrew initially started their career as a Supply Chain Graduate, honing their skills in this field.
