Marta Mecca

Marta Mecca has over a decade of experience in personnel selection and corporate performance management at Aldia Cooperativa Sociale, where Marta has held the positions of Responsabile selezione, formazione e performance aziendale since January 2012 and Addetto alla selezione del personale from March 2011 to November 2011. Marta began their career at Aldia Cooperativa Sociale as a tirocinante, assisting a supervising psychologist in various phases of the personnel selection process. Marta holds a Laurea specialistica in Psicologia del lavoro from Università degli Studi di Pavia, completed in 2011.
