Terrance Washington

Terrance Washington is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in managing technology support teams and enhancing IT services across various organizations. Currently serving as Information Technology Manager at Aldine ISD since November 2015, Terrance leads teams in desktop support, Apple systems, and Help Desk operations, focusing on team evaluations and training to improve district support. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Support Manager at Marriott Hotels, overseeing network servers and desktops while implementing new policies to enhance customer service, and as Technical Support Lead at Computer Sciences Corporation, managing hardware inventory for project budgets. Additionally, Terrance served as Desktop and Support Center Lead Analyst at the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, supervising technicians and providing second-level support while adhering to PCI guidelines. Terrance holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Prairie View A&M University.
