Catherine Ross

Catherine Ross is an experienced legal and human resources executive, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel at ALDO Group since November 2022. Prior roles include General Counsel and Senior Vice President of People & Culture at The Aldo Group Inc. from April 2021, and various leadership positions in legal and human resources at The Aldo Group Inc. between 2008 and 2021. Catherine has expertise in international franchising, intellectual property, and general commercial law, with extensive management experience in contract law, product compliance, social compliance, and risk management. Previous legal experience includes serving as Legal Counsel for Intellectual Property at Rio Tinto Alcan Inc. and as an Associate at McCarthy Tetrault. Catherine holds a degree from the University of Ottawa and is a member of the Quebec Bar.
