Vanessa Braga has extensive experience in talent acquisition and customer service, currently holding the position of IT Talent Acquisition Partner at ALDO Group since October 2015. Throughout their tenure at ALDO, Vanessa has progressed through various roles, including Talent Acquisition Partner, Workforce Scheduler, Workforce Coordinator, and Sales and Customer Service Representative, in addition to serving as a Temporary Recruiter in the Customer Service department. Prior to this, Vanessa worked as a Cashier at Épicerie familiale: Marché Toit bleu from July 2008 to February 2015. Vanessa Braga holds a Baccalauréat en administration des affaires with a focus on human resource management from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and a Diplôme d’études collégiales in humanities with a specialization in administration from Collège Montmorency.
