Kent Wood, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Director of Engineering at Life Time Inc. since May 2017, where previous roles included Senior Manager and Senior Civil Engineer focused on aquatics. From 2012, Kent has also contributed as a part-time Tour Guide for the Aldo Leopold Foundation. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Project Manager at Water Technology, Inc. and Senior Engineer at Associated Pool Builders, where Kent led engineering departments and managed significant projects in swimming pool and waterpark design. Kent's career began with positions in various engineering roles from 1993 to 2004, including leadership at Pool Construction, Inc. and Badger Swimpools, Inc. Kent holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

The Aldo Leopold Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization based in Baraboo, Wisconsin. The foundation’s mission is to inspire an ethical relationship between people and land through the legacy of Aldo Leopold.
