Robert Aldrich

Prior to starting Aldrich CFO Services, Inc, Robert Aldrich served as Director of Finance and Operations for Ventureprise, Inc., a non-profit entity that operates the Ben Craig Center, an incubator affiliated with UNC Charlotte that provides business guidance to innovation-based entrepreneurs from 2004-2012.

At Ventureprise, Mr. Aldrich was responsible for all financial reporting functions, including preparation of financial statements and presentation of those results to the Board of Directors.

He was also in charge of Operations at the Ben Craig Center incubator facility, where he managed all client and vendor relationships. Mr. Aldrich also managed the Student Incubator at Ben Craig Center, which housed 6 student companies from UNC Charlotte in a co-working suite space. He also ran and managed the Accounting Advisory Services program, which along with an employee he managed, performed various accounting-related functions on a contract basis to growing small businesses in the Charlotte region.

It is this prior 8-year experience that prepared Mr. Aldrich to pursue his own entrepreneurship dream of running his own company. He has counseled and mentored numerous early and growth-stage companies about their financials over the prior 8 years, so he decided to put that experience to practice in his own firm.

Prior to joining Ventureprise, Mr. Aldrich spent 4 years in corporate accounting as Senior Regional Accountant for InterNET Services Corporation. He served in their international department and ran the accounting for 7 countries in Asia and Latin America. Prior to that, Mr. Aldrich spent 4 years in public accounting.

Mr. Aldrich obtained an Accounting Degree from Appalachian State University and an MBA from Queens University.
