Mykim Tran

MyKim Tran has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. MyKim started their career in 2007 as a Human Capital Manager at Delap LLP, a financial services firm. MyKim then worked as a Resource Manager at Aldrich, where they focused on cross-line staffing and resource planning. MyKim also held the position of Marketing professional at Aldrich, overseeing marketing campaigns and client relationships. Additionally, MyKim has volunteered at Scott Creek Farm as a breeder of miniature horses and served as a Board Member and Secretary at St. John's HOA Community. MyKim has also been involved in various community organizations such as ROI Portland, Kruse Way Economic Forum, Essential Health Clinic, BodyVox Dance Center, Arts Council of Lake Oswego, and Saturday Academy, where they held roles such as Social Committee Chair, KWEF Board of Directors, Chair of "Decade of Difference" Business Leaders Breakfast, Gala Steering Committee member, Resources Committee member, and Board of Directors member.

MyKim Tran obtained a certificate in HR Management from Portland State University in 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Social Sciences from the same university, graduating between 1996 and 2000.

In addition to their formal education, MyKim Tran has also attained various certifications. These include "Demonstrating Accountability as a Leader" and "Coaching in Action for Leaders and Managers" from LinkedIn, obtained in September and August 2023, respectively. MyKim also received certifications such as "Achieving High-Performance During Times of Stress" and "The Practices of High-Performing Employees" from LinkedIn in January 2023. MyKim Tran obtained the "Empathy and the Emotional Intelligence Training (MC-EEIT)" certification from MSI Certified in April 2022. Other certifications acquired by MyKim Tran include "Change Management Tips for Leaders" and "Managing Remote Teams: Setting Expectations, Behaviors, and Habits" from LinkedIn in November 2021, as well as "How to Ask Productive Questions" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
