Rosielee Linton

Rosie has worked in education for over 20 years. Before joining the Trust's Education team, where she works closely with our academy Principals and subject leads, she was a teacher and member of the Senior Leadership team at Duke's Aldridge Academy. She was seconded to the Trust leadership team as Trust Associate Principal in 2019 for two years and, at the end of that period, has taken on the role of Trust School Improvement Partner.

Rosie has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, has completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and is a Fellow with The Chartered College of Teaching. In addition to her leadership roles within schools she also has previous experience as a Reviewer for Challenge Partner.
