Charles Stiegemeier

Charles Stiegemeier is an accomplished Project Lead Engineer at Aldridge Electric since June 2023, while also serving as the Owner and Investment Advisor Representative at Charles Capital since April 2021. With a strong background in electrical construction and project management, Charles held various roles at PayneCrest Electric from January 2017 to May 2023, including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed project direction, budget management, customer satisfaction, and safety leadership. Additionally, Charles has experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Missouri S&T Human Resources and interned at Siemens, ABB, and PayneCrest Electric in engineering and project support roles.
