Arvid Claeson

Arvid Claeson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic roles, currently serving as a Strategist at Alecta since February 2019. Prior to Alecta, Arvid held the position of External Manager Selection at Länsförsäkringar from September 2016 to January 2019, and worked as a Kapitalförvaltare at Agenta between April 2010 and August 2016. Arvid's early career included an Olympic campaigner role with the Swedish Sailing Federation from 2003 to 2009, competing in the laser class as part of the Swedish national team. Arvid holds a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management with a focus on Quantitative Finance from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, earned between 2003 and 2010.
