Christine Diflind

Christine Diflind serves as the Inköpschef at Alecta since December 2021, leading the procurement function and focusing on the development of purchasing processes. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Inköpschef at Marginalen Bank, where the emphasis was on cost efficiency and the development of procurement policies. Earlier experience includes managing procurement and real estate at The Adecco Group, where responsibilities encompassed budget delivery and project management, as well as roles in procurement management within Adecco and strategic procurement trainee positions at both Ikano Bostad and The Adecco Group. Christine began a career in sales and account management at Metro Sverige before transitioning to education as a preschool teacher. Christine's educational background includes a degree in Strategic Purchasing and various courses related to commercial leasing, sales, marketing, and leadership.
