Mattias Bylund

Mattias Bylund currently serves as the Head of Portfolio Analysis & Valuation at Alecta, focusing on providing independent portfolio insights and implementing analytical infrastructure for alternative assets. Previously, Mattias led external public markets at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, overseeing strategic reorganizations and risk management within various investment departments. In a lengthy career at AP3, Mattias held positions including Chief Operating Officer of Investments and Chief Financial Officer, where responsibilities encompassed risk management and financial reporting for the fund. Mattias also contributed to the governance of Polhem Infra as a board director and chaired audit committees for Ellevio AB. Mattias holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has completed executive education in Risk Management at the Stockholm School of Economics.
