Michelle Pisko, BSN, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michelle currently holds the position of Senior Director/Head of Clinical Data Management at Alector. Prior to this, they worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals for nearly 18 years, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Business Systems, Global Clinical Operations, Data Management Leader, and Director of Business Systems, Global Clinical Operations, Biometrics Alliance Lead. In these roles, they played a key role in evaluating enterprise agreements with vendors and implementing new technologies to streamline data management processes. Before joining Teva Pharmaceuticals, Michelle worked as a Safety Surveillance Product Manager at AstraZeneca, where they reviewed safety documents, prepared reports, and handled data requests. Earlier in their career, they worked at ICON Clinical Research as an Endpoint Committee Manager/Project Manager, overseeing day-to-day tasks associated with clinical trials. Michelle began their career as a Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse at WellSpan Health.

Michelle Pisko obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from York College of Pennsylvania.
