Clare Hunt

Clare Hunt currently serves as Chief People Officer at Alector, a position held since April 2017, where responsibilities have included advancing people and culture initiatives. Additionally, Clare co-leads the People & Culture Task Force for the GSB 2012 Racial Justice Task Forces, advocating for workplace racial justice among 50+ Stanford GSB Alumni. Past experience includes roles at Bain & Company, where Clare advanced from Senior Associate Consultant to Case Team Leader, and founding Aretan Coaching as a certified professional coach. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Princeton University, supplemented with certificates in Political Economy and Environmental Studies.
