Lily Shanahan

Lily Shanahan currently serves as an Associate People Business Partner and previously held the role of Associate People Operations Generalist at Alector since October 2020. Before this, Lily gained experience at Scout RFP, initially working as a People Operations Coordinator from April 2018 to October 2020, through the company's acquisition by Workday, highlighting expertise in procurement processes and stakeholder collaboration. Earlier roles include Office Manager and People Operations Specialist at Redscout from February 2015 to 2018, where operational efficiency and knowledge management were key responsibilities, as well as a Front Desk Coordinator position at Founders Fund in December 2014. Lily Shanahan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of California, Riverside and also attended the University of Sussex.
