Tiffany Chow

Vice President, Clinical Development - Neurology at Alector

Tiffany Chow has extensive experience in the field of neurology and dementia research. Tiffany is currently a Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where they specialize in associated faculty and the adjunct track. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Clinical Development - Neurology at Alector. Tiffany also led the Clinical Core of the Asian Cohort for Alzheimer's Disease Study, where they significantly increased the genomic database on Asian-Americans with dementia. Before that, they worked as a Senior Medical Strategy Director (Neurology) at IQVIA, providing early engagement with sponsors developing therapeutics for various neurological conditions. Tiffany has also held positions as a Senior Scientist at Baycrest Health Sciences and as a Behavioral Neurologist at the University of Toronto.

Tiffany Chow has a diverse education history. Tiffany completed their Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Biology and German Studies at Stanford University. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography at Stanford University. Tiffany then attended Rush University, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine degree. Tiffany continued their education at UCLA, where they completed a Fellowship in Dementia and Behavioral Neuroscience. To further specialize in their field, they also completed a Neurology Residency Training program at UC San Diego.
