Shannen Roy

Shannen Roy has a diverse professional background with significant experience in sales and client relations. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Coordinator at Alectra since August 2018, Shannen has demonstrated strong skills in key account management and business development while also managing client relations and databases at THE POWER FACTORY.NET since January 2015. Prior experience includes a decade at RBC in Business Services. Shannen holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Mohawk College, obtained between 1993 and 1995.
