Allyn Rosenberger

Allyn Rosenberger, JD, MPH, currently serves as Counsel at Aledade, Inc., beginning in July 2024. Previously, Allyn worked as an Associate Attorney at Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville PC, addressing regulatory matters related to health information privacy and security, and advising on clinical data registry operations, the 340B drug pricing program, telehealth compliance, and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement requirements from October 2022 to July 2024. Prior experience includes a Law Clerk position at U.S. District Courts from August 2021 to August 2022 and a Healthcare Associate role at McDermott Will & Emery, where Allyn focused on complex healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, particularly in digital health and telehealth. Allyn's education includes a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy from Georgetown University.
