Andrew Januszewski

Andrew Januszewski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics, machine learning, and healthcare administration. At Aledade, Inc., Andrew currently serves as a Senior Research Scientist, specializing in impact analytics, where responsibilities include training machine learning models and developing patient attribution models. Previous roles at Aledade involved creating ETL pipelines, developing patient attribution algorithms, and optimizing performance through model development. Andrew’s background includes significant positions at St. Luke's University Health Network, where leadership in business intelligence analytics was demonstrated, as well as experience in evidence collection and military service as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Moravian University and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Sociology and Criminology from Penn State University.
