Annette Dubard

Annette DuBard, MD, MPH, currently serves as the VP, Senior Advisor, Market President, and VP of Clinical Strategy at Aledade, Inc. since June 2017. Prior to this role, Annette was the Principal at Care Insights, LLC consulting from January to December 2017, providing practical solutions for population health. Annette also held significant positions at Community Care of North Carolina from August 2009 to December 2016, including Chief Health Information Officer and SVP for Population Health Analytics, as well as Director of Informatics, Quality and Evaluation. Annette earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (2002-2006), a Master's in Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Public Health (2004-2006), and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Rhodes College (1998-2002).
