Doug Streat

Chief of Staff at Aledade

Doug Streat is the Chief of Staff at Aledade. Doug has over 10 years of experience in clinical trial operations and research coordination. Doug started their career as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Yale University School of Medicine, where they recruited and enrolled patients in clinical trials, collected data, and provided feedback on study implementation and design. In January 2016, they transitioned to the Yale Center for Clinical Investigation, where they planned and executed an internal consulting project commissioned by the Yale Medical Group to consider risks, rewards, and perceptions of centralizing some clinical trials resources. Doug also oversaw the early phase implementation of those recommendations. Doug has a passion for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical trials and is excited to continue that work at Aledade.

Doug Streat earned their Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Care Management from the Yale School of Public Health. Doug also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology and Neuroscience from Yale University. In addition, they are certified by the American Red Cross in CPR/AED/First Aid and by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

They work with Sarah Chasson - SVP, Compliance & Deputy General Counsel, Emily Maxson - Chief Medical Officer, and Doug Street - Chief of Staff. Doug Streat reports to Farzad Mostashari, Chief Executive Officer.
