Leigh Efird

Leigh Efird is an experienced pharmacy leader currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy at Aledade, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Leigh held the position of Director of Pharmacy, Ambulatory and Care Transitions at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from July 2015 to September 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing clinical ambulatory pharmacy services, designing telemedicine initiatives, implementing specialty pharmacy services, and introducing pharmacists' billing for services. Earlier experience includes serving as Clinical Pharmacy Manager at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and as Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where Leigh expanded pharmacy services and initiated residency programs.
