Mary Clay, MBA, is a seasoned professional in healthcare management with extensive experience in provider network operations and contracting. Currently serving as Manager of Payer/Roster Operations at Aledade, Inc. since July 2021, Mary leads a team focused on optimizing value-based contracts with various payers. Prior roles include Senior Provider Network Contract Specialist at Bright Health, where negotiations for commercial and Medicare agreements were conducted, and Provider Network Manager at Anthem, Inc., overseeing Medicaid contract negotiations for North Carolina. With a strong foundation in contract management, relationship building, and quality assurance from previous positions at UnitedHealth Group, Amerigroup, Community Health Plan of Washington, and Centene Corporation, Mary holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Western Governors University.
