Paul Trompke

Paul Trompke is a seasoned professional in health policy and financial performance management, currently serving as Vice President of Revenue Management at Aledade, Inc. since October 2019. With a progressive career at Aledade, Paul has also held titles such as Senior Director and Director of Financial Performance, along with Manager of Commercial Payer Performance. Previously, Paul worked at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from June 2016 to October 2019, where roles included Team Lead and Financial Lead within the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. Earlier in his career, Paul was a Presidential Management Fellow at The Brookings Institution, contributing as a Research Assistant in the Engelberg Center for Health Care Reform. Paul holds a Master's degree in Health Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University.
