Paula Queen

Paula Queen is a strategic leader with extensive experience in healthcare partnerships and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Payer Partnerships at Aledade, Inc. since November 2022, Paula previously held various leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare, including Vice President of Government Programs. Paula's career also includes a significant tenure as Program Director at Healogics, Inc., where oversight of wound center operations led to enhanced clinical outcomes and financial performance. As a Principal Consultant at PQM Services, expertise in reimbursement modeling and contract negotiations further solidified Paula's reputation in the industry. Beginning in provider contracting at Nationwide, Paula played a pivotal role in expanding a large managed care network.
