Shantel Matthews, MSN, RN, CCM, is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in care management and nursing. Currently serving as the Manager of Care Management at Aledade, Inc. since June 2020, Shantel has previously held various roles, including RN Case Manager, Consultant, and Coach while self-employed, and RN Palliative Care Coordinator at Talbot Hospice Foundation Inc.
