Aymeric Maros

Aymeric Maros is an accomplished Epitaxy Manufacturing & Engineering Manager at Aledia since November 2020, leading operations focused on GaN-on-Si microLEDs. With prior experience as Epitaxy Development Manager at Array Photonics, Maros spearheaded the development of GaAs-based laser products and coordinated NPI phases for production. Additional roles include Epitaxy Scientist, where material growth and performance improvements for multijunction solar cells were emphasized, and a Ph.D. candidacy at Arizona State University, concentrating on dilute nitride materials. Maros holds a Ph.D. in Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering, alongside degrees in Materials Science and Nanotechnology Engineering and Applied Physics.
